Tom began performing in 1993, sometimes opening for national recording acts. He's composed and recorded original music in the instrumental "shred guitar" genre and has had his music produced by guitar oriented record labels, MACE Music, Shredguy Records and Lion Music. He's been selected as "Best Rock Guitarist" in the Ernie Ball/Music Man "Best Guitarist on the Web" contest and featured twice in Guitar Player Magazine.

"I've successfully worked with a wide variety of students in my 16 years of teaching, from absolute beginners of all ages to professional guitarists who tour and record. I help students discover their natural strengths and then show them how to use that to overcome their weaknesses. I can adapt the lesson to anyone's method of learning no matter the age or ability. The entire time, I never let the student forget that it's okay to have tons of fun while learning. "
