Private Lesson/Guitar Group Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

Lessons will be made up for teacher absences or studio cancellations only.

Student absences for weekly private lessons may be made up at the teacher's discretion. Rescheduled lessons are arranged between the student and his/her teacher. Student absences for Guitar Group lessons cannot be made up.

Please be aware of the following before contacting your teacher to reschedule:

• We do not offer a make up for same day student cancellations.
   
• Cancellations because of sporting events, family vacations, school functions, etc. can be rescheduled if notice is given no later than a week prior to the date of absence.
   
• Rescheduled lessons must be taken within a week's time of the canceled lesson date.
   
• Because the availability of a teacher for rescheduled lesson times is subject to his/her lesson schedule, a make up lesson is not guaranteed.

Weekly Private Lesson & Guitar Group Student Policy
Students are charged for four lessons during four week months and five lessons during five week months. Major holidays are excluded from billing as the studio will be closed on those days.

Methods of Payment
The studio uses StudioAutoPay.com, an Internet based autopay program which automatically charges monthly lesson fees to your bank account.

Lesson Termination Policy
We require a month's notice before terminating lessons. In order to not be charged for an additional month, please provide your notice no later than the second week of the month.

 Registration Fee
 TKM charges a registration fee for new & returning student enrollment.

Free Lesson Offer
Our "First Lesson Free" promo applies to first time enrollment for weekly 30 minute Private Lessons with Mike Abdow and Greg Hall.  Enrollment for Guitar Group classes is excluded from the promo. The "First Lesson Free" credit is applied to the student's first full month of lesson fees. Returning students who have discontinued lessons and are re-enrolling are excluded.
